I placed an order over the phone as I wasn't going to be home for Christmas. I ordered a charcuterie board and a box of desserts to be delivered to my mother's home in Richmond Hill. Placing the order and receiving order confirmation was seamless, the delivery went as expected, they delivered it on time, on Christmas Eve and my mother was very happy to receive this gift.
